To tag your documents with metadata, simply activate the automatic tagging feature. Pocketlaw's AI will then scan the document and extract all essential data for you.
Reasoning & Verifying
Pocketlaw's AI will provide you with a detailed explanation of why a specific tag has been recommended for your document. This information allows you to understand the rationale behind the tag and gives you the opportunity to verify that it accurately reflects the content of the document. This verification step ensures that you are happy with adding the tag to your document before proceeding.
Note that you can only run auto-tagging three time on a document, if you would like to add additional tags after running auto-tagging you have to do so manually.
Adding Manual Tags
While Pocketlaw's AI is continuously working to automatically tagging every available tag in the platform, there may be some instances where manual tagging is necessary. In these cases, you can easily add more tags by selecting the 'Add +' option. This allows you to further customise the metadata of your documents and ensure that they are accurately categorised for easy organisation and retrieval. By combining automatic and manual tagging features, you have the flexibility to tailor the tagging process to best suit your needs and ensure that your documents are efficiently tagged and easily searchable.
