You can now maximise the benefits of metadata tagged documents by sorting your contract database based upon commonly searched or filtered terms.
Designed for reducing time and scaling your search, saved views uses your contract metadata to pinpoint particular nuances and opportunities within your contract database. They also empower your teams to efficiently explore all essential documents, enhancing overall effectiveness.
To generate these views, simply navigate to the All documents tab and click on + Add filter. You have the flexibility to include multiple filters based on your requirements. After setting up your filters, customise the displayed information by selecting columns and toggling them on or off according to your preferences.
