Share & Collaborate with Third Parties
When sharing a contract with a third party using the external sharing tab on the contract dashboard, simply input the email addresses of the parties you want to invite. Once the invitation is sent, the invited party will receive an email granting them access to the contract. From there, they can utilise features such as redlining, leaving comments, and engaging in live chat discussions directly with you. They cannot remove or add anything without you having to approve it first. Note also that the third party will not have visibility into your tasks, metadata, or any other sensitive information.
This streamlined process ensures that all communication and collaboration regarding the contract are centralised in one location, making it easier to track and manage feedback. Additionally, by limiting the third party's capabilities to making suggestions and comments only, you retain full control over the document. This means that no changes can be made without your approval, providing a secure and efficient way to review and negotiate contracts.
